The World Has Become Exhausted

These were the cards I got for Oblique Strategies and how I used them. "Use an unacceptable color" - The in-game world has an olive green sky. "Courage!"- the protagonist goes out to investigate. "Retrace your steps" - The protagonist goes home. "Emphasize differences" - The world is visually different than what it once was in the the game. "Children -speaking -singing" - Children laugh at the end of the story.
Googlism: I typed in 'outside' and go "outside is torn and tattered". The in-game world is worn and aged.
Otter.ai and crowdsourcing: I went on Reddit and read aloud some comments into Otter.ai. I used elements of the resulting passage: "My attempt at force perspective, how did you get the tiny houses and cars there don't have those in pocket modern vintage campers, is there any way to keep the trees from growing bigger Do you just pick them up and replant them when you want to show it off, you plant a fruit behind it. Stop. Trees oak super cool they plant them anywhere around the tree planting one behind freakin love it. So cute. I'm stealing this."
Char.NG and N+7: I used N+15 for this following tweet I wrote: "nice to know i have another physical symptom of my stress. first it was gastritis, grey hairs, and now dyshidrotic eczema" and then placed it in Char.NG.
What resulted was: "know dyshidrotic eczema is, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic eczema ver it was gastritis, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic eczema ver it was gastritis, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic eczema bernacle of my stroller. fiver it was gastritis, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic eczema ver it was gastritis, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic eczema ver it was gastritis, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic eczema it was gastritis, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic eczema was gastritis, grizzle half-notes, and now dyshidrotic ecz " I used 'fiver' and 'half-notes' as plot elements when the character takes out money.
Anagram generator: I changed dyshidrotic eczema to radicchio, which was mentioned as the characters previous meal before waking up.
Botnik: Botnik set to PBS Nature was used to create the game title - "The world has become exhausted"
The autobiogrpahical character was the secondary character at the end.
